context: actual run / not escaping from reality kind of run HEHE.

December has always been a testing month. Rather than, “tinggal" 3 hari lagi, i said “masih ada" 3 hari lagi.

Kalau pakai hitungan time factor udah 90% done, but I think I’m not. Kayaknya masih di angka 60% deh self-achievement darinalyakr. Despite the fact that i feel demoted, i surprisingly still have willingness to go out and run.

Engga, gak yang bener-bener lari. At first, i was kinda keen on tracking my daily 10k steps. Then, one day, someone just asked for a favor to woke him up early in the morning to run. That got me thinking, MAYBE just maybe I need to elevate my habit. Should I run?

Then some days went by and one of many things my only friend in Batam and I talked about is how she needs to stay away from cardio training since she’s in a bulking program. While, I, on the other hand need to give some love to cardio to lose weight. Fyi, darinalyakr is obese 🙈💔

So, i connected the dots and decided to reward myself a running habit. Usually, 10k steps means 8km. I’m taking things slow for few weeks by having only 2 out of 8km to run.

Today is my 4th day and I would say I haven’t discovered my running level. Like I could be exhausted to death one day, then feel nothing on the next day. Guess there’s an impact from my food intake and my sleeping schedule🙈

So far, i feel blessed to found something worthy despite my demotivation. If I couldn’t feel 100% done in December, let’s hope i could manage to achieve in 85%.
